Auto-approve workspace changes
New work always goes live immediately. When this is off, every add, edit, and delete waits in Activity for a decision; when it is on, the change arrives approved and the full trail remains.

The whole workspace.
The workspace lives in Cloudflare D1 and is cached in this browser. Export a plain JSON copy before making sweeping changes or moving to another account. An import replaces only the sections contained in the file.

Access note
The panel is protected by the ADMIN_PASSWORD secret in Cloudflare Pages. Sessions last 12 hours; lock the panel when you are finished.
How the review works
A small, legible system.
Lands live
An add, edit, or delete applies to the tool immediately, so the person at the front desk can keep working.
Waits in Activity
Manual review files the before and after under Activity as pending. Nothing is hidden and nothing is silently lost.
Approve or restore
Approve keeps the change. Reject or roll back writes the previous version back and leaves a dated restore entry.
